Refund Policy
Every service offered by us takes different course of action to get accomplished from start to end thus refund policy differs from one service to other. There is a frame work of resources that are involved in achieving every milestone of a campaign. Thus the refund would not be entertained for the resources already completed. Since we are there to give satisfaction to our customers and if we get request for cancellation of any package or service which was already activated, In that case Legacycareer will only refund the amount after deduction of certain charges (like GST, Gateway charges, taxes, services provided at our end). Taxes paid on services levied by regulatory bodies would not be refunded with fee refund (as mentioned on above point no-3) For Services related assistance, the refund would be settled within 90 working days after completing refund request related procedure. Refund will be processed directly in your Bank account that was used through which the company got the payment / fee. Cash refunds request will not be entertain.
Refunds will not be given if you do not follow proper registration procedures and/or fail to present the required identification documents. in case your credit card / debit card / payment account has been accidentally over-charged, please notify our Help and Support Team for the same within 24 hours of the deduction. Refund of the over-charged amount shall be made in your original Account within 15 working days. In the reverse scenario service shall not be activated by us until full payment is made. No interest is paid on a refund of any amount. You should contact service and Support Team first, regarding any excess or double payment made by them. The refund of any fee is subject to the refund policy prevailing at the time of seeking a refund.
Company reserves it’s all right in refund policies at any time by uploading the same in the website. In case any dispute arises between the parties out of or in connection with this agreement, the same shall be referred to arbitration of sole arbitrator by the company. The venue of all proceeding relating to this agreement including arbitration proceeding and proceeding before the Court will be at Delhi. The proceeding held by the arbitrator in making the award will be in accordance with the provisions of Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory modification thereof. The award of arbitrator shall be final and binding over both parties and any of the party can move further in appeal of that award if not satisfied.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Jobseekers are advised not to indulge in any monetary engagement with such sources in the name of guaranteed interviews with employers. Although many job seekers have been benefited from our services, we do not guarantee jobs or interview calls.
If in case Legacycareer denied to give services then company is liable to pay you 100 % Refund.
No cancellation is possible for the services offered with fast forward services which activate on immediate basis.
These are limited edition a service i.e. first is Resume Broadcasting India of Rs. 5199/- and second is Resume Broadcasting International Service for Rs. 8199/- , Career Assistance for Rs 8999, Verification Services and hence any kind of refund would not be possible.
If services reschedule or cancel not later than 24 hours of purchase of service, a nominal deduction (20%) shall be made and balance amount shall be refunded.
If services reschedule or cancel, after 24 hours of purchase of service but not more than 3 days (including the day of purchase of service) deduction (40%) shall be made and balance amount shall be refunded.
If services reschedule or cancel, after 10 days (including the day of purchase of service) no refund shall be made until and unless it is proved that you have not been served for what you have made payment.
Kindly do not share your Credit/Debit card details to anyone. Representative may call you for promotional purposes and offers.
If services reschedule or cancel, after 3 days of purchase of service (including the day of purchase of service) but not more than 10 days (including the day of purchase of service) deduction (50%) shall be made and balance amount shall be refunded.
Refund procedure may take 45 working days after the service deactivation. For any queries or issues, mail us at support.
Refund / Money Back Policy
Once subscribed, the payment made by the Member for Paid service is not refundable and no claim for refund would be entertained. Legacycareer.in neither offers any guarantees for the accuracy, timeliness, authenticity nor advocates any of the content posted by the other Members. All the services are on a best effort basis.
Refund on the basis of change in preference / delay in process
As we at Legacycareer keep up high interactions with our clients and carry out the entire process with their approval thus there is no provision for any kind of full or partial refund. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled as it is sent for processing immediately. Your personal preferences changed in the course of time, cannot serve a reason for refund or charge back.
The client is liable for 25% penalty of the package if there is delay in providing documents / information and completing the process within prescribe time period and if the delay is of more than 15 days in that situation Legacycareer will forfeit the complete amount and the registration will cancel on the sixteenth day by the company automatically. Legacycareer will not entertain cancellation requests made for services such as any training, service transfer in any situation or circumstances.
f the client is not agree to provide the information / documents as per the requirement then there will be no refund and the registration will cancel after completing the fifteen days from the registration date by the company automatically. Fee once paid will not be refunded in any case even if the cancellation is posted within 24 hours in case of changes of consumer mind set, financial problem or +91-8726070963 at any emergencies from consumer end, unless our management fails to deliver the services in the prescribed format and time.

Note: Service Tax, other taxes and govt. fees will not / never be refunded in any situation.
If any of our client have any problem them kindly contact directly on company mail Id, if the company found any wrong about the company on social media in any form then the company will initiate Civil as well as Criminal proceedings in the appropriate court of law entirely at that person risk, cost and liability.
